I waited until after the contest to finish and post this because I thought it would be silly... and kind of unthoughtful to submit a colored version of a picture that is being used for a coloring contest... That being said, i am glad I waited because I got an idea from this coloring:

to give the dress different folds, and I rather liked the idea so I went and re-colored the bottom part of the dress just for that.

Ok, a little about the picture, it was a line art I wasn't going to color but loved too much not to color... when I drew it, I was thinking of it as a picture of Kiala's grandmother back in the day... who is referenced a few times in the book... so I colored her with that in mind. Hope you all like.
