Description
It is drawn with a pen and I added blood and cherry petals with photoshop. It is for the good vs evil contest, I hope you all like it.
I started it as an exercise in drawing my characters, I wanted to compare Ryu and Koji and practice their faces side bu side and the rest sort of evolved from there.
When I think of good vs evil, I think of how even the good guy is evil sometimes and to be a hero one must sometimes do horrific things... This can mess with a person, especially when they are trying to do good. Anyway, that is more or less the idea I am trying to convey here. Thanx for looking.

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactFirst off this picture is very intense! It made my heart race for some reason.
I'm still amazed by your penmanship skills. How you get the shines and the dark spots still out stand me. I have to say I really like the butterfly you drew on the sword, first off it's a very well done butterfly and secondly it gives the piece something to think about. Like how can there me a butterfly in this violent picture, but you can also see symbolism behind that and I really like that.
The blood splatter is very nicely done.
I really like this piece so far, can't wait to see the finished result.
